WHAT ARE AVERAGE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR DIPPING BELTS?
Delivery charges vary depending upon products ordered and ship too locations. General shipping costs are as follows; EZ DIP Belt wit Hook or Plate Holder ($9.95), EZ DIP BELT wit Both ($19.95) EZ DIP Belt wit both & Delt Belt ($19.95 ), Delt Belt ($9.95). All shipping estimates are for continental USA only. Additional shipping charges will be applied to non-continental USA or International orders.
HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY ORDER?
Weekday orders (Mon.-Fri.) are processed and shipped *within 24 hours of receiving via USPS Priority mail. Tracking information is then forwarded to purchaser for delivery notification status. Deliveries within the continental USA typically occur within 2-3 days time (during non-holiday periods). Non continental USA and International shipments may take up to 14 days depending on country and location. NOTICE: USPS does not generally provide order tracking information for non continental and International shipments once they have left the USA en route to destination. Only when item is actually delivered will tracking information apply
WHAT IF I DONT LIKE THE PRODUCT OR IT BREAKS?
Should a DIPPINGBELT.COM product prove unsatisfactory, return it within 30 days of receipt for *refund or credit. With exception to lifetime product replacement claims, all returns shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. DIPPINGBELT.COM is not responsible for lost return shipments and no *refund or credit will be issued without return delivery tracking validation. Please use a carrier that provides shipment tracking information and proof of delivery. Notification of pending return by e-mail to [email protected] is highly recommended for faster processing. Once returns are received, inspected, and **verified legitimate, a *refund/credit will be issued via original method of payment with e-mail notification. (*refunds or credit of purchase price will be applied less 20% restocking fee, NOT applicable to 'normal circumstance' product failure due to defects in materials and or craftsmanship) (**DIPPINGBELT.COM reserves the right to thoroughly inspect all returned items and may reduce refund or credit granted if said product proves un-saleable or incomplete.)
